Order Minimums:  
Call factory for prices on any order for less than minimum quantity shown in the catalog.

Order Cancellations:  
Orders on hold beyond sixty (60) days are subject to cancellation. If customer initiates cancellation, any work completed will be billable. A minimum charge will aply unless cancellation is received before the purchase order reaches our Order Processing Department.

Artwork Information:  
When placing an order, please use this form to upload your artwork to us. All prices based on customer furnishing color-separated, production-ready art. All composition and artwork done at factory will be billed extra. Customers will be advised of art charges of $40.00 and above. Order and art information will be held for three years. Customer Approval Information:  
Blackbourn must receive your signed purchase order before production commences. The following proofs are available:

Imprint Proof:
Can be viewed and approved instantly. Imprint proofs can also be converted into a PDF and forwarded on to clients. Imprint proofs (emailed) are billed at a minimal charge.

Swatch and Product Proofs:
There is a minimal charge for swatch and product proofs. Please contact your service specialist for a proof of your product.

Production & Shipping Information 
Production time begins upon receipt of signed purchase order and approval of credit.

Catalog prices do not include taxes. These fees will be prepaid and added to your invoice provided we are shipping your order and billing you for the freight. You will be billed for these fees on your original invoice if possible. If not, you will receive notification on your original invoice that charges will follow, and they will be billed within 60 days.

Shipping Methods

Unless you give specific instructions, we will select a carrier. We can only assure date of shipment, but cannot be held responsible for arrival date. Faster shipping methods are available with prior approval.

Third Party - Collect - Recipient Bill 
Truck/LTL shipments will be billed additional per shipment. UPS or Federal Express Shipments add a minimal amount per box. If you provide us with an account number for shipping, or designate a specific carrier, you assume responsibility for the shipment from the time the order is ready for pickup.

C.O.D. Shipments 
An additional charge per box will be assessed by the carrier.

Foreign Shipments 
Minimal additional charge for additional handling.

Special Shipping Requests 
Any special requests beyond shipping the product needs to be quoted.

Returns 
Unimprinted stock merchandise may be returned for credit. The order must be returned freight prepaid and within 60 days of original shipment. A charge of 15% of the net cost of the order being returned will be charged for handling. Any return must have prior approval with code from your service specialist. Some items, because of their construction, are not returnable - check with a service specialist.

Terms 
Net 30 days upon credit approval. Payments not received by the due date are subject to a 2% per month late payment charge. First orders, custom orders and large orders may require a deposit or prepayment.

Blackbourn cannot be liable for delays in delivery or product availability due to customs, shipping or natural disasters. Blackbourn reserves the right to make slight spec changes to enhance product quality or performance.
