Shipping Policies and Information
Freight Claims
Shortages in the number of cartons; or any merchandise damaged in transit: It is the responsibility of the consignee to file the claim. As the shipper, we cannot allow any credit, since we cannot file the claim or collect from the carrier. The legal responsibility passes from us to the customer when the merchandise is consigned to a carrier. We will gladly supply any information and/or copies of documents we may have. All merchandise should be inspected immediately upon arrival. If damage is found, contact carrier for inspection. Inspection must be made within 10 days of delivery in order to place a claim.
Shipping Methods
We will ship from our factory via the best available route, taking into consideration the delivery area, speed of delivery, quantity of products being shipped, and cost. Shipments are normally sent via United Parcel Service. If you do not specify routing or carrier, we will make this selection for you. We cannot be held responsible for any extra charge involved if this method is not always the cheapest. We can only assure date of shipment, and cannot be held responsible for arrival date.

Weights are approximate and may very slightly.
C.O.D. Shipments
Minimal additional charge for additional handling.
Foreign Shipments
Minimal additional charge for additional handling.
Individual Mailings
For individual mailings additional charge per item plus mailer and postage will apply. Please provide mailing list on a fixed field disk. If mailing list is supplied on labels, the labels must be sorted by zip code in ascending order.
Combined Pricing
When ordering a combination of different items, pricing can be combined on stock products only.
