Less Than Minimums
Call your customer service representative for prices on any order for less than minimum quantity.

Production Time
Normal production time is 15 working days after receipt of order with approved artwork or approval of proof. Production for orders with inserts will not begin until inserts have arrived at the factory.

Cancellations
If an order must be cancelled, we must receive cancellation before production has started. This will be granted only if merchandise has not already been made or imprinted. A minimum charge for cancellation will apply unless cancellation is received before order reaches our Order Processing Department. Orders that have already started production will be billed at cost for work completed.

Returned Merchandise
Unimprinted stock merchandise may be returned for credit. The order must be returned freight prepaid and within 30 days of original shipment. A charge of 15% of the net cost of the order being returned will be charged for handling. Any return must have prior approval with code from your customer service representative. Some items, because of their construction, are not returnable - check with your customer service representative.

Fulfillment
When items such as cards, letters or other small items are submitted for insertion, an additional charge per item applies for inserting the item.

Over-Runs or Under-Runs
We always try to ship the exact amount ordered; however, we reserve the right to ship 10% over the exact amount and bill accordingly. If exact quantity is needed, an additional charge per order will apply. We cannot be held to exact quantity shipments on custom items.

Increase of Order
Any notification of increase received by factory will be treated as a separate order and billed accordingly unless no work has been started on the original order.

Effective Date of Catalog
The catalog becomes effective on February 1, 2007. Specifications are subject to change without notice.

Finished Goods
Finished goods in warehouse will be drop shipped in full carton quantities only. Any splitting of full cartons will incur additional expense.
