Do I need a purchase order? We do require purchase orders to be submitted when ordering products. Putting your request in writing helps eliminate errors all around. Freight seems to be a significant part of my order, can you please explain? Freight costs vary depending upon weight, carrier and delivery method. If you are concerned about shipping costs, you may request a freight estimate before ordering to see what your approximate cost will be.

What's my lead/production time? Most stock products will ship the same day if ordered by 2:30 p.m. CST. Normal production time for custom or non-stock products is 15 working days after receipt of order or approval of proof.

What is the difference between sealed vs. unsealed spines on overlays? If the spine is sealed, you will need inserts for the front, back and spine of your album. If the spine is unsealed, you will need just one insert.
What weight of paper should be used for inserts? Inserts should be printed on 70 – 100 lb. enamel text stock, coated on both sides.
What are the insert sizes? Customer Service can provide you with insert dimensions for a specific product. Call 800-842-7550 between 8 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. Insert dimensions can also be found here on our website, click here for more information .

What's the difference between 4 color process and 4 color screen print? In 4-color process printing, 4 colors are applied in varying percentages of overlapping dots of cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK) to create thousands of colors. In a 4-color screen print (also called 4-color spot printing), each color is premixed to an exact shade and then laid down as a continuous solid color.
