DIMENSION
This is the size of the product when closed. The first dimension is the binding side or height of the product, the second dimension is the width of the product, the third dimension is the width of the spine.
For all measurements given in this catalog, binding edge (or spine edge) vertical dimension (A) is listed first, then horizontal dimension (B), then horizontal spine dimension (C).

LITERATURE
These are the dimensions of the literature that the product can hold. The first dimension is the binding side or height of the literature (A), the second dimension is the width of the literature (B), the third dimension is the thickness of the stack of literature that the item can hold (C).

INSERT SPECIFICATIONS
- Paper and Ink Specifications: 70 lb.-100 lb. enamel text stock, must be coated on two sides. Final printed insert must lay flat (cannot curl). All imprints must be done with offset, wax-free ink.
- Production Requirements: To ensure sufficient inserts for production, please provide 15% more inserts than products ordered.
- Sizing:
- Inserts should be trimmed (and round cornered, if required) by your printer and shipped ready to use.
- Tolerance on inserts +0" - 1/64"
- Inserts that do not meet these size requirements are subject to additional set-up fees.
- If inserts are received untrimmed, the following specifications are required:
- Trim markers for cutting must be outside final trim area.
- Gripper and guide sides must be clearly identified on press sheets
- Maximum press sheet size: 30" x 30"
- Multiple copies should not be on the same press sheet.
- Artwork: Graphics should not be closer than 1/8" to the cut edge if sending inserts untrimmed.
- Packaging:
- Trimmed inserts must be securely boxed or packaged to prevent shifting and damage during shipment. Band or block as needed to keep organized and prevent shifting.
- Untrimmed inserts (press sheets) must be stacked on a skid with corner protectors on each corner of the stack. A board must be placed on top of the stack and the stack must be steel-banded to the skid. The skid of inserts should then be polywrapped. Skid height should not exceed 24".
Inserts not meeting these specifications are subject to rejection upon incoming inspection at the production facility.
