Our most economical method of imprinting. Ideal for a limited copy area. A heat process combining a die, foil and pressure to create a sharp detailed imprint. Hotstamping in more than one color with close registration is not recommended.
Hotstamping Set-Up Charges: A minimal charge is applied up to 5 square inches. An additional charge must be applied for each additional square inch.
Change of copy: A minimal charge will apply.
Copy size: Unless specified in the catalog, an area up to 5 square inches will apply. If additional copy area is required an additional charge per item for each additional 5 square inches will be applied.
Proofs:

- Swatch Proof: charge per color, per location.
- Product Proof: charge per color, per location plus minimum catalog price of item and set-up charges.
Imprint colors: gold and silver metallic, white, black, brown, green, orange, yellow, red, light blue, royal blue, navy blue, purple. Burgundy is available on French Calf and Suedene vinyls. |
This is the method of choice for imprinting close registration of multiple colors or large imprint areas. Choose one of our standard colors, or request a PMS color match for a minimal charge.
Standard colors: Black, White, Silver, 871 Gold, Red PMS 185, Orange PMS 166, Pantone Yellow, Green PMS 342, Kelly Green PMS 347, Reflex Blue, Process Blue, Grey PMS 422, Brown PMS 469, Blue PMS 2915, Lavender PMS 2645, Pink PMS 224, and Purple PMS 2587.
PMS color match: minimal charge. Specify the PMS# on your PO, and whether ink is gloss (coated) or flat (uncoated). Gloss (coated) ink will be used unless specified otherwise.
Change of imprint color: charge per color.
Change of copy: Screen print – additional charge per color.
Proof:

A screen charge per color must be added to any prices. It will be credited toward the order provided no changes are made. If changes occur, new screens are required and they will be billed to the order.

| DEBOSSING 
This method of imprinting debosses (depresses) your advertising copy into the surface of the item. The best results are achieved on castillion vinyls.

COLORFILL 
This imprint method combines two processes. First hotstamping your imprint, then using the same die, debossing the imprint into the vinyl. Gold and silver hotstamp colors are used with this process.
Colorfill Set-up Charges : a minimal charge is applied up to 5 square inches. An additional charge must be applied for each additional square inch.
Copy size: Unless specified in the catalog, an area up to 5 square inches will apply. If additional copy area is required, an additional charge per item for each additional 5 square inches will be applied. Maximum copy area is 10 square inches.

| PERSONALIZATION 
Personalizations are set in 14 point block type only. A typed list of the names is needed with order. Minimum charge for personalization will be applied.

INSERTS 
This manufacturing process results in a clear vinyl pocket which is used to display printed material. An overlay is sealed on three sides, leaving an opening at the top to insert graphics. An entrapment allows the graphics to be completely sealed in during the manufacturing of the product.
